Datla Human Immuno Core Facility
The Immuno Core Facility will be set up within the Trivedi School of Bioscience building. The facility is to be equipped with high end equipment such as high dimension multiparametric imaging flow cytometry facility, a high dimension multiparametric imaging flow cytometric sorting facility, metabolic flux analyzer equipment, multiplex circulating protein estimation facility (OlinkTM platform), BD Rhapsody single cell sequencing facility and a number of quantitative PCR instruments.
The same building also has the (a) the Ashoka-Zeiss Core Imaging facility (comprising of state-of-the art microscopes viz. Lattice Lightsheet 7, Elyra 7 LS (Lattice SIM2), LSM 980 NLO, and Cell Discoverer 7 with LSM 900 Airyscan), (b) the spatial transcriptomics facility of Ashoka as well as (c) the high- end mass spectrometry facility are also housed, which together further enrich the scope and capabilities of Datla Human Immunome Lab.
The Immuno Core Facility also provides access by external users, following the prevailing institutional norms in Ashoka.
