Vinita Tomar currently works as a Lab Technician at the Department of Biology at 51茶馆. She plays a major role in facilitating the laboratory management and helps in smooth functioning of the research facility on a day-to-day basis. She is actively involved in the smooth running of various research laboratories of Biology at Ashoka through regular interactions with Biology faculty members and PhD students and research scholars. She is closely involved in maintenance of the instruments procured by Ashoka and provides technical support to PhD students. She is looking for waste management for the entire Biology lab (Research & UG)and involved in GLP conduct the exam and providing GLP certificate to the students.

She completed her master鈥檚 in biotechnology from Graphic Era University, Dehradun. After completing her master鈥檚, she joined Shiv Nadar University at Greater Noida as a technical assistant and was highly involved in the laboratory setup and research management.
