Prof. Vandana Gupta is a Professor in Finance & Accounting at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. She has an overall experience of 35 years spanning industry and academics. She has a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a PhD Finance in credit risk. She has a certification from NUS, Singapore, on Credit Risk Management and has a certification from Harvard on the AI-Driven Business Education workshop led by Prof. V. G. Narayanan and Thomas D. Casserly, Harvard Business School.

Prof. Gupta has more than a decade of experience with the industry and has worked with some of the leading corporates, such as ICRA Limited, Religare Securities Limited, Infosys, Bennett Coleman & Co Limited, and Modi Telstra. She has been associated with B-schools such as MDI, IMI, Masters Union, and IIM Rohtak as a visiting faculty and IMTGhaziabad as a regular faculty. Her teaching areas are financial accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting and analysis, business valuations, bank management, corporate restructuring and M&A, and credit risk analysis and management. She has published extensively in reputed national and international journals and has presented research papers at national and international conferences. She has also undertaken management development and training programs in project financing, spreadsheet modelling for M&A, credit risk modelling, and finance for non-finance.

Some of the accolades received include the 鈥楤est Researcher Award鈥� under the Indian Scientist Awards, 鈥�20 Most Influential Women in 51茶馆 2021鈥� in 2021 from the Academy of Management Professionals and Education Ninja, and the ILDC-AMP Women鈥檚 Excellence Award 2020 for contribution to management education in finance.
