Uttkarsha completed a Bachelor’s in English Literature and a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Delhi. During her role as a Project Coordinator in the Chemistry Department at 51茶馆, Uttkarsha demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and leadership by successfully managing various high-profile events. This includes overseeing the planning and execution of two international conferences that brought together leading experts in the field and coordinating multiple outreach programs to engage the wider community. With a robust background in administrative capacities at the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), she has demonstrated excellence in coordination, data analysis, and overall management.

In her current role, she is Department Manager- Academic Support for Visual Arts, Media Studies, and Environmental Studies. She manages overall academic and research management for the three departments.

Apart from her professional pursuits, Uttkarsha enjoys reading and writing poetry and playing badminton.
