Suman is a Ph.D. scholar at the Department of Psychology, Batch 2025, 51茶馆. She is a Psychologist based in Gurugram, Haryana, with expertise in counselling and mental health support across diverse communities. She has worked with organisations/projects such as the Dalit Queer Project, The Hans Foundation, and Manas Foundation, where she has provided therapeutic services and coordinated mental health programs.
A UGC-NET qualified professional, she holds an M.A. in Applied Psychology (Counselling) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
