Shrishti is an MPhil graduate from the Department of English at the University of Delhi. Her MPhil thesis explored the politics of gender subjectivity in 21st-century Indian speculative writing by women, against the backdrop of late 20th- and 21st-century gender politics in India. A self-proclaimed geek for all things speculative and science fiction, her research interests span speculative and science fiction, graphic narratives, transmedia storytelling, food studies, and popular culture. As a writing tutor, she is interested in working with dynamic and inclusive pedagogy methods to teach and understand writing and communication.

In her spare time, you will find her passionately decoding the epic world-building of One Piece or listening to yet another audiobook.
