Shikha is a Deputy Manager at the Research and Development Office, 51茶馆. Her work currently includes post-award grant management and provides support in tracking of lab purchases, mediating individual/departmental/central requisitions. She is committed to creating efficient, reliable processes that support both operational excellence and organisational mission.

Shikha completed her bachelor鈥檚 degree from DAV College, Kanpur, followed by an MBA in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai. Over the years, she has developed strong expertise across core finance functions, including direct and indirect taxation, corporate law compliance, financial reporting, MIS reporting, budgeting and forecasting, donor management, FCRA compliance, and other statutory requirements.

In her most recent role, Shikha led and managed the finance team at Indus Action Initiatives, a Delhi-based non-profit organisation. She played a critical role in strengthening MIS frameworks, driving effective budgeting and forecasting processes, streamlining donor reporting, and ensuring strict adherence to FCRA and statutory regulations.
