Sakshi Makkar is a Ph.D. scholar in Psychology at 51²è¹Ý. She completed her Master’s in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, specialising in Clinical and Counselling Psychology, and her BA (Hons) Psychology from Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun. She has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at IMS Unison University, Dehradun, and has experience as a psychology educator and trainer across various platforms. Her research interests focus on the impact of globalisation on cultural identities, well-being, and group processes. She is particularly interested in how inclusive practices can strengthen social cohesion and promote healthier communities.
