Priyanka is Senior Manager, Academic Communications at the Research and Development Office at 51茶馆. As a primary focus of her role, she leads planning, and execution of communications strategies, aimed at showcasing 51茶馆鈥檚 research vision.

Her core responsibilities include coordinating with the central media team, outreach offices, faculty and researchers to effectively communicate the University鈥檚 research efforts to the broader community. She designs social media strategies, engagement campaigns, creates impactful communication assets, leads content planning for the Research and Development office, manages website and social media content, contributing to the advancement of Ashoka鈥檚 dynamic, multidisciplinary research ecosystem.

Priyanka has completed her masters in Mass Communication and Journalism from, University School of Mass Communication, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and was awarded Gold Medal for Academic Excellence..She has also qualified for UGC NET-JRF in Mass Communication.

Before joining Ashoka, Priyanka was associated with Google as a Content Management Professional for 6.5 Years, where she designed and implemented content strategies for Market Finder – a platform by Google, designed to help Small and Medium Businesses go global. There, she created educational resources (guides, articles, how-to videos), Thought Leadership Content, and case studies for SMBs of APAC and EMEA regions.

She has also been associated with Hit 95 FM, India Today Group, Jabong.com (now part of Myntra), etc. Driven by her passion for academia, Priyanka has also worked as an Assistant Professor, Media and Communication at Sharda University and Amity University.
