Palkie Barua has a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Philosophy Honours from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. She worked at the Public Health Foundation of India as a Senior Manager for Programs and Capacity Building where she was responsible for the capacity building programs, grants management, finances and various other activities of the Centre for Environmental Health. She has over 16 years of experience in program management. She also serves as a Consultant at the Centre for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC) for the GeoHealth Program.
