Nilava has joined the Department of Physics as a PhD scholar. He will be聽researching gravitational wave physics, a passion he discovered during his master鈥檚 studies at the University of Calcutta. He completed his bachelor鈥檚 degree in physics from the University of Calcutta.
Outside of academia, he can often be found at the table tennis table, on the badminton court, or reading a Bengali novel.
