Neha is the CEO and Founder of FemTech Partners, a Singapore-based firm specializing in fintech, sustainability, and climate finance. She is the author of One Stop: The Super App Revolution, published by Penguin Random House SEA, which has been featured globally. With more than 19 years of experience across Asia-Pacific, Neha has advised governments, financial institutions, and development organizations on digital finance, regulation, and sustainable investment.

She has served as the UN Capital Development Fund鈥檚 Regional Lead for the Pacific, managing multi-million-dollar programs to enhance financial inclusion and blended finance solutions. Her work includes designing innovative financing mechanisms such as blue bonds, carbon markets, and digital payments for resilience and sustainable development.

In addition to her professional leadership, Neha is a Chevening Fellow, EUVP Fellow, AIYD Fellow, and an alumna of several prestigious international leadership programs. She is also part of the faculty at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Management University (SMU), where she teaches fintech, carbon markets, and sustainability.
