Integrated Design for Sustainable Living

Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us; it’s ingrained in our design philosophy. Buildings on our campus are a testament to design thinking that incorporates outdoor corridors, natural ventilation in common areas, “jaali” sunshades, and other passive features. These elements harmoniously merge with technologically advanced building systems to create a living and learning environment that respects nature.

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in the innovative construction of our buildings. A double-wall construction with brick cladding and AAC blocks reduces heat gain in the interior, ensuring energy efficiency. Fenestrations are strategically managed to welcome ample daylight into interior spaces, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere.

Jaali: A Symbol of Ashoka's Identity

The stone jaali, a prominent feature in our architectural design, is not merely a functional element; it’s a symbol of our identity. Designed to cut glare and provide diffused light, the jaali has become synonymous with the brand of 51²è¹Ý. Beyond its utility, it adds an aesthetic touch to our buildings, making them an integral part of campus life.
