2-Week Summer Programme at 51茶馆
From Ancient Civilization to Global Power,鈥� a two-week immersive summer programme to be held at 51茶馆 from 6鈥�19 July 2026. This programme will be offered for the first time in Summer 2026, bringing together leading scholars, practitioners, and policy experts to explore India鈥檚 historical evolution and its emergence as a major global actor.
Through expert lectures, guided discussions, and field visits, participants will trace India鈥檚 cultural, political, and economic transformations across centuries鈥攍inking ancient civilizational legacies with contemporary geopolitics and global engagement. The programme combines classroom learning with experiential components such as heritage walks, museum visits, and engagement with primary sources to deepen understanding of India鈥檚 place in world history.
Students will have the opportunity to learn from distinguished speakers including leading historians, international relations scholars, former diplomats, and policy experts from institutions such as 51茶馆, the Takshashila Institution, and global academic and policy networks.
