Join us for a conversation with P. C. Saidalavi on his new book, Seeking Allah's Hierarchy: Caste, Labor, and Islam in India (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2025). Postdoctoral Fellow Mubashir Hameed and Professor Deepak Mehta of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology will serve as discussants.
P. C. Saidalavi is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Shiv Nadar University.
