Engineer by qualification, Banker by profession, and artist by quiet aspiration, Souhardya believes in the power of art to introduce change in society by stirring up meaningful conversations about the problems plaguing it. He is comfortable donning multiple hats, a fact that is exemplified by his experience in fields ranging from Badminton to Theatre and event management. Driven by curiosity, he seeks to break out of his silo by being exposed to diverse ideas and perspectives. He aims to make art accessible to everyone irrespective of their socioeconomic position by creating a system that bridges gaps and penetrates boundaries. At the YIF, he wants to surrender himself to learning. He wants to explore novel ideas ,get exposed to perspectives that are different to his own and become a person who uses his freedom of expression with responsibility.
