Shridhan Ambhore is a first-generation learner with a PG Diploma in Human Resources & Employee Relations from NML MILS (Govt. of Maharashtra) and a BSc in Botany from Fergusson College, Pune University. He has interned at Aditya Birla Renewables and Mahindra Logistics, gaining insights into the energy and logistics sectors. With a deep interest in HR, business, and human behaviour, he also spent three years with the NSS unit of Fergusson College. Photography, storytelling, teaching, and travel are some of his creative pursuits. At the YIF, Shridhan hopes to deepen his interdisciplinary learning, sharpen his critical thinking, and explore transformative leadership—towards fostering inclusive change in HR, labour policy, and organizational culture.
