Reetesh Rajpoot was born and brought up in a small village—Tindauli, in the Mahoba district of Uttar Pradesh. She lives in a joint family and is a first-generation learner. She completed her schooling from VidyaGyan School, Sitapur, and earned a B.Com (Honours) degree from Hansraj College on a 100% scholarship from the Shiv Nadar Foundation. She was an active member of NSS and Vishalakshi Hansraj. She holds a senior diploma in Kathak dance. She was an Aspire Young Leader Fellow and a Market Research Extern at National Research Group. Currently, she is working as an SBI Youth for India Fellow with BAIF under the SBI Foundation. She is interested in the social sector and wants to explore more about it through the Young India Fellowship by working on real-world projects under the Experiential Learning Module.
