Gauri is an Economics graduate from the University of Delhi. During her internships in impact consulting at CHAI, policy at NITI Aayog, and strategy roles, she has worked on projects spanning development and analytics. Outside of work, she is a talented vocalist with over four years of Hindustani Music training and a poet at heart. She’s curious about how systems function on ground—and how they can work better, particularly in healthcare access and social infrastructure. Whether she’s reading or diving into new ideas, she values consistency, empathy, and the occasional long walk to clear her head. Hoping to pursue development consulting, Gauri is drawn to the Young India Fellowship’s interdisciplinary lens—where research meets real-world chaos, and thinking beyond sectoral silos forms the blueprint for systemic change.
