Previously employed as an Associate Consultant at Kepler Cannon (June 2024 – March 2025), Annesha, an Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, has worked with firms like Kepler Cannon, Willis Towers Watson, and gradCapital. While her recent role as a financial services consultant benefited large banks, she aspires to support both ends of the financial spectrum. She dreams of working at an NGO by day, a VC by night, building her own venture, and pursuing theatre—studying Economics as well as Psychology. She understands trade-offs but is unwilling to make one. She believes the Young India Fellowship ecosystem can help her negotiate an equilibrium in her professional journey.
