Ankita’s journey is one of quiet courage and rising hope. The first girl in her village to pursue quality education, she became a scholar-athlete at VidyaGyan, breaking barriers with grace. A proud KARM Fellow, she earned her degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College. Her experience spans both corporate and developmental sectors, with internships at Genpact and The Blind Relief Association. She also led an NSS LSR project as its head. Anchored in empathy and purpose, Ankita thrives in connection and play. She enjoys engaging with diverse perspectives and finds joy in listening to and writing poetry. She sees the Young India Fellowship as a space to fulfill her aspiration of empowering rural women through financial literacy, embracing diversity, learning from it, being challenged, and expanding her perspective beyond familiar boundaries.
