Having achieved a Gold Medal in her undergraduate studies from Jamia Millia Islamia, Amber received placement offers from the Centre for Internet & Society, the Internet Freedom Foundation, and Tata Consultancy Services. She currently works at TCS as an Assistant Project Manager, having initially joined as a Technical Copywriter for TCS Interactive. She also received offers of studentship from University of Cambridge, LSE and KCL. Her academic interests center on the ethical digital transformation of businesses and Ethical AI, approached through an interdisciplinary lens. She has explored this interest through research assistantships at JMI, IIT-D, UMich and Media Lab-MIT. YIF’s pedagogy provides me with an interdisciplinary foundation, facilitating her academic journey to become a scholar of AI ethics. She looks forward to engaging with her peers to deeper understand India’s digital transformation journey across all sectors.
